I’m Halie (hey-lee), a senior UX researcher helping shape a more thoughtful digital world (and a healthier physical one).

I started out in biology labs and science writing, and both taught me that evidence only matters if someone acts on it.

I’ll happily get lost in the data, but I always come back with something the team can use. I don’t hand off a report and hope for the best. I stay close to the people building the product until what we learned shows up in what we make.
